Vintage Seiko Lord Matic 5606-5050 with Oval Cushion Case
Made in Japan: July 1971
Dial: Deep navy dial in good condition with applied hour markers and baton hands. There are some marks on the dial below the date window, and the hands show some ageing. Please see the photos and videos.
Case: Stainless steel oval cushion case with sculpted sides, in excellent condition. An unusual design, please see the photos and videos.
Case Size: Approximately 38.8mm including the crown × 39.1mm lug to lug × 10.9mm thick including the crystal.
Lug Width: 19mm
Crystal: Original mineral glass crystal in great condition, generally scratch-free.
Day/Date: Tested thoroughly and working perfectly. The day sits a little low in the window, please see the pictures.
Strap: Black crocodile-imprinted leather strap with a stainless steel buckle.

Movement
Original and correct automatic movement. Professionally serviced and tested in October 2026, running excellently and within specification.
After testing, the watch was 6 seconds fast over a 24-hour period, outstanding accuracy for a vintage automatic.
This watch features hacking: the second hand stops when the crown is pulled out, allowing precise time-setting.

How to Set the Date & Time
Date: Pull the crown out 1 click and roll clockwise. Always adjust at noon, not midnight, to avoid damaging the date function. Roll slowly and gently.
Time: Pull the crown out 2 clicks, roll slowly to the desired time, then gently push the crown back in.
